Thank you, Hotel Sogo, for the excellent accommodation I had a fantastic stay! The room was clean and delightful food but affordable. The staff was friendly namely miss Joana, Rose, Sheila, Joanne, Christy and sir Dennis and our stay was truly comfortable. We appreciate your commitment to providing a great experience for your guests. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service!

We prefer Sogo over any budget hotels because their check-in time is flexible. Hotel staff were very friendly. And the food service is 24hrs. They also have family rooms which are very affordable and spacious. And plus points if you are a seaferer because they offer discounts for them. Will definitely go back!

all the staff in the hotel are very friendy, helpful and very accommodating. Specially Joana, Joann, Rose and Sir Dennis. My stay in this hotel is very good. i will be back and stay here again. more power to the staff and keep up the Good work.

Place is great. Staff is great. However, food is not that great. Sometimes, it's just bland or sometimes it does not taste that great at all. Best order someplace else. The hotel lives up to its famous motto of "so clean and so good". It really is a clean hotel despite being sometimes stereotyped as only a "love hotel". So far, so good! Kudos Sogo hotel Malate branch! Would love to come back again 😉 P.S. if you're lucky enough, you can catch the staff skateboarding along the alleyways. This, of course, is for work purposes.

The staff is very accomodating and very friendly, i commend the Supervisor Onduty JUDE, GSO Shiela, and FO staff Romay,Rose for good service. So clean,so good. Nice Stay so far.
